Article reads: For all the conditions they claim to treat, it was discovered that reflexology centres do not have documented evidence of their ‘success stories.’ Something like the before-and-after in pictures for example, cases they discovered they could not handle and thus referred and where they thought it was one thing yet it was another.

I can go about the edge of the well when I go out and relax by a crevice in the bricks when I get back. I can wallow about with my head above water or dawdle ankle deep in the soft mud. Crabs and tadpoles cannot compete with me. I am the Master of this well ! So why don’t you often come here to join me in the fun?”

Opinion reads: When you practice focusing on the more manageable, minute details, you will have the skill when you need it most: the ability to maintain balance when the really big things come your way. No one on the planet Earth is immune to experiencing the whole of life: the good, the bad, the pleasant, the unsavory. Making your mind your friend is priceless should you ever find yourself dealing with a divorce, bankruptcy, sensitive legal issues, or a challenging medical diagnosis. Now is the time to gain mastery over what you willingly choose to invest your attention in. There is a plethora of things in the world that legitimately do not have your best interest at heart, but there is no reason to make your relationship with your mind one of them.

Opinion reads: But the comforts we humans have engineered, which have essentially afforded us a “get out of the Circle of Life free” card, mean that the idea of survival fitness has been eroded to the point of irrelevance. If we had to go on adapting to suit our environment, things would get pretty random. Maybe even regress.
