Being good at competing


Article reads: Humans might have evolved our two-footed posture for its fighting advantage; we punch harder standing than on all fours, and downward punches are much more forceful than upward ones. This could also be one reason why many females prefer taller mates, a new study finds.

We had been assured that we evolved through cooperation, and now we are back to competition again. We are expected to believe that this drive, be it competition or cooperation, is the natural selection process. But what is being described is Taoism that is merely dressed up as natural selection. What this becomes is a vitalism that is now far from naturalism.
